1. Credit Cards and Payments
Your credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation. Hemeras Srl reserves the right to verify the validation of the credit card before the arrival of the guests and will ask for authorization to the bank. Hemeras Srl may ask the customer a different guarantee than the credit card. If the customer will not provide a different guarantee, Hemeras Srl reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Once the confirmation is made, you will receive a voucher including the address of the accommodation facility and telephone number. For any further information and/or modification you can reach us through the contact page on this website. The total amount will be charged in case of cancellation and/or no-show. We treat any information you give us confidentially. Booking is guaranteed to the customer and in case of overbooking, Hemeras Srl is committed to find another accommodation to the customer and guarantee the same quality accommodation in another facility.
2. Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies can be found in the sheet on section “accommodation rules “at the specific reservatin or choosen rate.
Hemeras Srl cannot guarantee that all the information given is accurate and error-free, nor can be responsible for any inaccuracies in such information. Hence, Hemeras Srl assumes full responsibility for any legal issues that may arise through the given information and any kind of inefficiency, e.g. room unavailability at the arrival of the guests. Before taking any action, we suggest you to check the accuracy of the information given by the accommodation facility.
