1. How can I reach the apartment (metro, bus, tram, taxi)?

Look at the map of the apartment booked

2. Where can I take the apartment key and how does it work with the check in?

You can take it or directly at front desk of Via delle Asole 4 or by contacting the apartment reference

3. Is it possible to anticipate and/or postpone the check in and/or check out?

Of course, there could be a fee to pay and it depends from the availability

4. Is it possible to book an airport transfer service?

Yes, it’s an extra service that we provide

5. Will I find towels, hair dryer, shampoo and other accessories in the apartment?

Yes, of course!

6. Is the cleaning service included in the price?

Yes, daily cleaning

7. Is WiFi free?

Yes, of course!

8. How does the breakfast service work?

It costs 20 euros each

9. At what time does the Reception open?

At 09:00 AM

 

10. At what time does the Reception close?

For emergency, there’s a number you can always call

11. Is it possible to park the car close to the apartment booked?

Yes, it’s an extra service that we provide

12. Where can I leave the luggage at the check out?

At the Reception of Via delle Asole 4

13. Is it possible to book museums visits, football tickets and/or important tickets for any events in Milan?

Yes, it’s an extra service that we provide

14. Do I have to pay an extra to add one or more people at the reservation?

Yes, it’s 30 € each

15. Are you an Hotel?

No

16. Do I have a discount on the reservation if I book directly with you instead of booking etc?

Yes, approximately the price will be 10% less

17. Are pets allowed?

Yes, but not in all of the apartments; please remind to communicate it while booking

18. Is the invoice provided to companies if we book directly with you?

Yes, of course!
